How do I buy your products? Do you sell them online?
A select number of our fragrances are sold through our SSB Store in small packs. You can visit the store at Mombati SSB Store.
The bulk/larger quantities of fragrances and flavours are not available to purchase online. Please call us on 1300 MOMBATI or email us at info@mombati.com.au to discuss your requirements.
Do you have a price list?
We do not have a price list that we can share with our customers. We approach it in a different way where we ask our customers what price range suits them best according to their product and market. Based on this information our evaluation team will select the samples accordingly. All samples are accompanied with a quotation for the MOQ or the requested higher quantity.

How do I order samples from you?
When a client or a prospect comes to us with a new brief for their project, we ask them to fill out our NPFR (new product fragrance requirement) document.
It is a detailed document which captures a range of information about the brand/business and the project e.g. end application of the fragrance (aircare, skincare, fine fragrance etc), price range, dosage, launch date, target market, geographical location, market inspiration, fragrance wheel etc.
Once the document is filled out, the project is then put into a queue for the evaluation team to work on.
Do you have natural fragrances and flavours?
Yes we do have natural fragrances and flavours in our extensive library. For more information please contact us.
What is the difference between a library and custom fragrance?
A library fragrance is already formulated by perfumers and exists in our library, which can be immediately added to our production queue upon receiving an order.
A custom fragrance requires a perfumer to either modify an existing fragrance or create a completely new fragrance. Custom fragrances have a development and approval time in addition to the production time and a significantly higher MOQ.
Do you provide filling, bottling and packing services for finished products?
We focus on what we do best, which is providing the best quality fragrances and flavours.
Testing of the samples in your end-product needs to be done by a chemist at your end.
Filling/bottling, and final packaging of the finished products needs to be done by a contract manufacturer or by your own production line.
What makes you different from all other perfumery companies?
Our long history and perfumery expertise means we take the time to get to know every client and what they need, hence investing in a long-term relationship.
We are known for outstanding customer service, in-depth knowledge, creative expertise and premium product quality.
Our perfumes and blends are manufactured according to the International Fragrance Association (IFRA) and The Research Institute for Fragrance Materials (RIFM) standards.
Our materials are sourced sustainably, vegan and cruelty-free. Every batch is tested to guarantee consistency. We are proudly Australian-owned and operated.
What are the vital essentials for a new brand to work with you?
All brands are welcome whether they are a startup or an established tier-1 brand.
We recommend our new clients to have their initial project plan ready before meeting with us. This includes the product idea, brand philosophy, product journey, target-market, market of operations, product development prospects (chemist/manufacturer), packaging/filling prospects, marketing strategy etc.
Having all this information also helps fill out our NPFR (new product fragrance requirement) document. This information does not need to be concrete but has to be in development at least.
Can you sample us your top selling fragrances from your library?
We have over 4500 fragrances in our library. It is very difficult to choose the top sellers as this is industry vertical dependent. The best way to find what suits your brand and market is to fill out our NPFR document and let one of our project managers look after you.
